Metal Binder Jetting
For complex parts without tooling investment and reduced production times
In partnership with Höganäs, we have selected the Metal Binder Jetting process, utilizing the Digital Metal DM-2500 equipment.

This process involves the selective deposition of liquid resin onto a 42µ thick layer of powder.
The manufacturing process
Powder + Binder >>> Printing >>> Curing >>> Cleaning (the powder is recycled) >>> Debinding >>> Sintering
This process offers extensive freedom in designing parts with highly complex shapes.
It provides great flexibility in part design, while saving time during project development. It enables the production of single prototypes or small batches (up to 5,000 parts per year) without the need for tooling investment.
This method is an excellent way to validate your designs before committing to MIM tooling, or to assess complex designs prior to selecting a manufacturing method.
The materials we offer:
- Stainless Steel 316L
- Stainless Steel 17-4PH
- Titanium Ti-6Al-4V
